The company was founded in 1910 in Kolding, Denmark as a broker company within the grains and feedstuff business.

I, Jørgen Lorentzen, was employed in 1973 and took over the company in 1976. Since then the company has evolved into an international broker company dealing in grains, seeds and feedstuffs.

Since 1995 the company furthermore has engaged in mediation of organic products.
